An analysis last year reported golf clubs with under $5 million in annual revenue showed softer demand in memberships and waitlist growth, while clubs between $10 – $25 million were more likely to maintain strong demand. The same report showed 49% of club leaders reported membership being at capacity, with 12% over capacity.
